We take the confidentiality of your personal information very seriously, especially when you use the Internet to contact us. For this reason we make every effort, not only to provide you with comprehensive online services, but also to uphold your rights to privacy and to control the use of your personal information.
Refund Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the RMA number. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in excellent condition and packaged in the original manufacturers carton with all corresponding hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of you choice to arrive back at ezappliances within 30 days of delivery.
Terms of service
ezappliances is not responsible for any damage incurred as the result of customer negligence or installation error and such incidents are not covered under warranty. For all warranty claims and replacements, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs.
